Yes. Simply go to your Account Settings page, click the Upgrade or Downgrade link and select the size of the account you need.
Your account will change immediately upon your clicking the Update Now button and any guests that were getting a 'Meeting Full' message will just need to try to join again and they will get into the meeting.
